Description
To convert the shipping fuel demand from today's fuel oil to tomorrow's hydrogen, we need to know the average efficiency of shipping engines today.
As a first guess I've set 'shipping_average_efficiency' in config.yaml to 0.4.

Research direction
Start with config.yaml and the shipping_average_efficiency setting. Trace where this parameter is used in the shipping model, then investigate the current average shipping-engine efficiency and identify an evidence-backed value or source. Done means the setting is no longer an unexplained first guess.
