Description

This is currently defined exogenously for the transition paths.
Ideally, we should add options to make it endogenous/exogenous.

For the number of passengers vehicles, two-wheel vehicles, etc. we can use data from IDEES. For EV costs we can use ev-database.org

Research direction

Start by tracing how land transport and shipping are defined in the transition paths. Review IDEES for passenger-vehicle data and ev-database.org for EV costs; done means the model offers endogenous and exogenous options with the relevant inputs represented.
