Description

EPRTR dataset includes exactly what we need: coordinates of the facilities, and emissions by different pollutants, with CO2 total, and CO2 biomass excluded.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked EPRTR dataset and the repository's existing data-ingestion entry points; the issue names no files or tests. Determine how facility coordinates, total CO2, and biomass-excluded CO2 should become distributed biogenic point sources. Done means the dataset is integrated into the model with the intended emissions and locations, with validation or tests for the imported data.
