Describe the Issue

The district heating supply mix is dominated by waste CHP plants that burn the non-sequestered HVC from naphtha production. This result was obtained using the default pypsa-de configuration (without biogenic municipal solid waste, but waste_to_energy turned to true) at a 9h-resolution & 27-cluster-resolution for "KN2045_Bal_v4".
