Description
So far methanol can only be produced from hydrogen in the model. We are having a MeOH load from 2020 on. This results in 370 GWh methanol produced from H2 atm. In earlier years it might make sense to add the possibility to produce MeOH from oil.

Research direction
No files or tests are identified in the issue. Start by locating the model's existing methanol-from-hydrogen process and the MeOH load introduced from 2020, then determine how an oil-based pathway should apply in earlier years. Done means the model supports the additional process and produces the expected historical methanol output without removing the hydrogen pathway.
