Description
Show assets and connections even without map coordinates.
Basic version dumps them all together and the user can move them around.
Advanced version uses some kind of spreading algorithm to place them nicely so the user doesn't have to move them to see things.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing related issues open-energy-transition/temp#13 and #14, then locate the existing asset and connection visualization. Done should include a non-GIS view that shows assets without coordinates, supports moving them, and defines whether the spreading layout is included.
