Description

Users should have access to a library of (trusted/tuned/validated) datasets and models -- such as PyPSA-Europe -- that they can work from. (The difference between a dataset and model in this case is the level of control the user has, but it's a blurry boundary.)

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are mentioned. Start by clarifying the intended library scope, how trusted datasets and models should be selected, and the distinction between them. Done should include an agreed design and a defined way for users to access validated resources.
