Description

Disclaimer: The OSM implementation is still a draft PR (#236). This issue will be valid once the PR gets approved, as it represents enhancements for future development.

Description:
This feature aims to significantly enhance the quality control mechanisms for OSM data processing within the powerplantmatching library by:

  • Expanding the rejection tracker with LLM-powered analysis capabilities for issues that cannot be fixed programmatically
  • Integrating with the OSMOSE quality analysis framework to implement comprehensive power plant validation
  • Establishing collaborative workflows with Global Energy Monitor to improve data quality standards and reporting methodologies
  • Generating actionable reports for the OSM community that identify systematic mapping issues and suggest specific improvements

This enhancement will create a more robust feedback loop between PPM users and OSM contributors, ensuring that data quality continuously improves over time.
