Description
It would be good to be able to define global constraints related to ensuring sufficient system robustness when allowing for some small amount of load shedding. This might be limits on the expected energy not served (EENS) or the loss of load probability (LOLP).

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying how global robustness constraints should be represented and applied; done would mean agreed support for limits on expected energy not served (EENS) or loss of load probability (LOLP), with corresponding validation or examples identified.
