Description

For that matter, we need a PyFile type as well.

Research direction
Start by tracing how Python file objects are currently handled and where the Rust file API could accept them. The issue also calls for a PyFile type, but names no files, entry points, or tests. Done would mean defining the intended conversion and PyFile behavior with coverage for file-object handling.
