Description

Python can be initialized with configuration as of 3.14. I've opened a PR adding the FFI bindings, I'd like to take a stab at a rusty API for it.

Research direction

Start by reviewing PR #6152, which adds the Python 3.14 FFI bindings for configuration-based initialization. Determine the intended Rust API surface and behavior for initializing Python from Config; the work is done when that API is agreed and implemented around the new bindings.
