Description
Right now they're not really discussed in prose, they're just in the API docs and the migration docs+changelog. We should mention them in relevant places!
https://pyo3.rs/v0.25.1/types.html seems like a reasonable place.

Research direction
Start with the prose documentation at https://pyo3.rs/v0.25.1/types.html and find the sections relevant to PyBackedBytes and PyBackedString. Add concise prose descriptions alongside the existing API and migration coverage, then verify that the types are clearly explained in the rendered documentation.
