Description
@SylvainDe pointed out in #518 that:
Also, wiki still has references to pep8 : https://github.com/PyCQA/pycodestyle/wiki . Not sure if better to have one bug open to track all these issues or one bug per issue.
This made me think that perhaps the wiki content should be moved into other, better locations such as the pycodestyle docs themselves, and in the case of the related tools, possible the PyCQA/meta repo which renders here?
Any objections to moving away from the wiki pages?

First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.

Research direction
Review the GitHub project wiki and the pycodestyle documentation, then compare related-tool material in the PyCQA/meta repository. Use issue #518 and its referenced wiki concern as context; done means agreeing on which content should move and documenting its destination after objections are resolved.
