Description

Hello,

if a user doesn't want to use flake8, the only option to provide configuration is to use the command line. Would it be possible to add support for a configuration file (e.g. pyproject.toml)?

Regards,
Kai

Research direction

Review how the command-line configuration options are currently handled and identify the project entry points involved. Add support for a configuration file such as pyproject.toml, while keeping configuration possible through the command line; done means users can choose the file instead of flake8 or command-line-only configuration.
