Firmware, Navigate to all the alarms received where N>1 for PAQ:N

Right now to view the alarms when multiple alarms occur is not possible, we (the users) are blocked by needing to resolve the displayed alarm.

PAQ:N where N is the number of alarms received,
Allow to view the list of the alarms received by navigating to the PAQ using the rotary encoder.

Any other way that allow us to navigate all the alarms received without having to respond to an occurring alarm.
