Description

Some users suggest that Proxyman should have a setting to bring all windows to Top. Thus, it's easier to debug because they can see the Window all the time

We should support it 🙌

Acceptance Criteria
  • Add "Always on Top" in Preference
  • All Window should be on Top (window.level = floating) if it enables
