Android Emulator Override is broken - claims there are no ADB devices

Description

When attempting to override my Android emulator's proxy, the setup script claims that there are no devices running, even when they are.

Steps to Reproduce

Attached is the output showing the script execution, plus the adb devices result from directly before and directly after the run:

1. Create a new Android emulator, ensuring it's a Google APIs flavor and not Google Play.
2. Start the emulator, ensuring that you reach the home screen.
3. Open "Install certificate on Android -> Emulators".
4. Run the automatic install script.

Current Behavior

The script encounters an error: ❌ [ERROR] No Active Android Emulators Found

Expected Behavior

The script detects the Android emulator and overrides the proxy.
