Description
New WebSocket with multiple sub-protocols refuses to connect when Proxyman is enabled.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a new WebSocket with multiple sub-protocols:
new WebSocket('wss://...', ['protocol-1', 'protocol-2'])
With an echo server using https://www.npmjs.com/package/ws

Current Behavior
Connection fails
Expected Behavior
Connection succeeds

- App version: Proxyman 5.25.0
- macOS version: macOS Sequoia 15.7.1
