Description
Description
Network condition only allows to be set based on host&port, but I hope proxyman can set the condition based on client, which means all network request from some client will enter the network condition
Why this feature/change is important?
We can achieve iOS Simulator slow network emulation based on this feature. The macOS Network Link Conditioner will affect the network of the whole system, but I only want to test slow network in the Simulator.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by locating the existing host-and-port-based network condition flow, then determine how a client such as the iOS Simulator could be selected; done means requests from that client alone use the configured network condition without affecting the rest of macOS.
