SSL Handshake Failed Apple M3

Description

I encounter an SSL Handshake Failed error when attempting to run my own application.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install certificates on Mac (Apple M3, Sonoma 14.6) choose "Automatic" option
2. Install certificate on iOS (physical device, iPhone13, 18.3.2)
3. Verify that you can view HTTPS request/response from https://google.com/ without any errors (see screenshot 1).
4. Open my application and try to analyze the requests. My application is native ios app.

Current Behavior

The SSL Handshake fails (see screenshot 2).

Expected Behavior

I should be able to view HTTPS request/response data, just like with https://google.com/.

IMPORTANT
Repeat steps 1-4 on Mac (Intel, macOS Ventura 13.3.1) with the same physical device (iPhone 13, iOS 18.3.2). It works as expected (see screenshot 3).

Environment

• App version: e.g Proxyman 15.12.0 (but on version 15.18.0 the same problem)
• macOS version: Apple M3, Sonoma 14.6

Reproduce the four listed steps on the Apple M3/Sonoma setup and compare them with the working Intel/Ventura setup using the same iPhone 13. Review the attached screenshots and capture the handshake failure details; done means the native iOS app's HTTPS requests can be viewed successfully on the M3 setup.
