I'm not sure if it's a macOS limitation or not, but I would love to be able to apply network conditions to folders, wildcard domains and urls matching a regular expression.
Why this feature/change is important?
I develop an app which connects to multiple domains, and I often want to test for slow network conditions. While I can tolerate setting my whole mac to 3G speeds, it'd be nicer if I could target just URLs that I've already got in a folder, or simpler than that just applying a rule by a regex :)
