Description

Description

A user reports that the app has bad performance (unresponsive) if he filters with an ALL filter. We should investigate and fix it.

Acceptance Criteria
  • Add a loader to the Filter Bar when performing the filter task
  • If it's the ALL filter, we should perform it on the Background thread. Otherwise, just runs on the main thread
