Description
Sometimes, the Sequence List displays duplicated rows (It's the same Flow since it has an identical database flow ID)
Steps to Reproduce
- Clear flows
- Make some requests
- Go back to the app
- Observe that some flows have the same database
Current Behavior
- Duplicated rows
Expected Behavior
- Show not show duplicated rows
