Description
Since we're going to allow modifying the Raw Message on the Breakpoint (https://github.com/ProxymanApp/Proxyman/issues/1110), we should have a feature to save it as a Template.
It's handy for users, who prepare a set of Raw Messages, then they can reuse it later. Thus, it might power up the Breakpoint Tool 👍
Acceptance Criteria
- Save a raw message as a template
- Reuse it
- Basic Template Manager (Edit, Add, Remove)
