Unable to Assign Colors to Traits/Trait Options

Bug Description

Unable to assign colors to traits/variants.

What were you trying to do?

I was adding in traits and trying to color code them.

What actually happened?

I am unable to add a color to the trait - I am only presented an un-editable text box and drop-down menu that says "No Color" for both.

What should have happened instead?

I believe it was supposed to give me present color options? It looks like the discord color menu, where you either pick a pre-selected color or use the text box to insert a hex code

Steps to see the problem

1. Go to manage traits
2. Click on options in any trait
3. Then click edit on any trait option
4. Click on text box or drop down menu under "Color (Optional)"
5. The problem appears

How urgent is this?

• Critical - I can't use the application at all
• High - Major feature isn't working
• Medium - I can work around it but it's frustrating
• Low - Minor issue

Reproduce the issue through Manage traits, then open a trait option and inspect the Color (Optional) controls shown in the report. Confirm that the color field and dropdown can be edited and that selecting or entering a color works as expected.
