This is not a report about my app not working as expected
Problem
Due to https://github.com/ProtonMail/WebClients/issues/458#issue-3373395961, I wanted to contact Proton Support via their ZD portal, so I authenticated at protonmail.zendesk.com/auth/v2/login/signin. However, /hc/en-us/requests merely returns:
You're not authorized to access this page
