Description

On healthy Pi 5 I installed the firmware healthypi5_basic_st7796.uf2 black basic version 1.1.3

I attached the temperature sensor and some values are displayed on the healthy pi for the temperature.

I connected the healthy pi via USB to my pc. (running Ubuntu and using the linux version OpenView2-linux_2.1.10.zip

In OpenView2 I click on "start logging". After a while I click "Stop" the log files are downloaded to the download folder. Thats fine!

In the download folder I find 3 files:

logfromAppECG1751809287113.csv, logfromAppPPG1751809287113.csv, logfromAppResp1751809287113.csv
So I have a log file for ECG, PPG and Resp.

What is missing: the file for temperature, as the display shows 4 different values.

Next thing: these files only contain a aone line header and no data.
Perhaps this is related to #16

Research direction

Reproduce the report using a healthy Pi 5, the healthypi5_basic_st7796.uf2 firmware, and OpenView2-linux_2.1.10 on Ubuntu. Start by checking the logging and download behavior for ECG, PPG, Resp, and temperature, then review issue #16 for related context. Done means temperature logs are included and the three existing CSV files contain recorded data rather than only headers.
