Description
Let's write a function that estimates the intrinsic rotation as @jmcclena suggested as "pedestal" value of the H-mode profiles in the init_core_profiles()
paper in question https://pubs.aip.org/aip/pop/article/24/4/042501/110237/Dependence-of-intrinsic-torque-and-momentum
it might not matter for transport as it's the shear (and the shear on the transport grid will be near zero for anything power plant size) but for stability in the future it will be? ( @tylerbcote probably knows )
