Description
I know the resource gallery has been less our priority for some time now, but users who stumble their way there could benefit from a brief text introduction to these resources (and perhaps a disclaimer about heading to "non-Pythia" websites and content.)
This is something we provide for our other top-level pages.

Research direction
Start at the resource gallery page shown in the issue and compare its presentation with the other top-level pages. Add a brief introduction and, if appropriate, a disclaimer about external or non-Pythia resources; the gallery should display this context before the resource listings.
