Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We currently have this structure at the top of our notebooks: !python -c "import matplotlib" || pip install -q matplotlib.
In this fashion, if we fail to import matplotlib, pip install it. However, if the first command fails, an error is printed. This could be solved with: !python -c "import matplotlib" &>/dev/null || pip install -q matplotlib

Research direction
Search the notebooks for the python -c "import matplotlib" setup command and inspect each matching cell. Update the initial import handling so its failure output is suppressed before installation, then verify the affected notebooks still install matplotlib when the import is unavailable.
