It would be nice to put test data such as https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1cJq0iQh_yzYIxVElSlVa141aEmHZADJh as a Github release for better accessibility.
MONAI Label is doing the this approach:

As long as each file size is less than 2GB, there is no total file size limitation so it would be good solution.
