Description

Dear MONAI Project Team / Erickson Lab,

My name is Hernandes, and I am a Health Informatics Specialist and Researcher at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP), Brazil.

I am currently working on a project involving DICOM segmentation for Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD). We are integrating AI-based tools into our XNAT infrastructure to assist in academic research and volumetric analysis.

I am interested in using the adpkd_full_kidney_segmentation bundle. However, I have encountered issues accessing the gated repository on Hugging Face (401/404 errors via CLI).

Could you please provide guidance on how to obtain the necessary permissions to access and download the model weights and configuration files for research purposes?

Institution: UNIFESP - Federal University of São Paulo

Thank you for your time and for the excellent work on the MONAI Project.

Best regards,

Hernandes [Seu Sobrenome]

Research direction

Start with the adpkd_full_kidney_segmentation bundle and the reported Hugging Face CLI 401/404 errors. Review how access to the gated repository is requested and verify whether the model-zoo project has existing guidance; done would be clear instructions for obtaining the model weights and configuration files.
