Description
Hello everyone,
Thank you for the MONAI bundle feature—it's much easier to use!
I was trying out the bundle on different datasets and noticed that the model is producing segmentation errors, as shown in the figure. I tried keeping the largest component and filtering the intensities, but this didn't help.
Can someone please help me resolve this?
Thank you!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported noise with the UNEST bundle on the datasets used by the reporter and compare the output with the attached figure. The issue names no files, tests, datasets, or expected segmentation, so a useful resolution would first establish whether the problem is in the bundle or input processing and document the confirmed cause.
