Description

I get the following warning when running MultiLabelPairwiseMeasures without a multi-threshold metric:

UserWarning: No probabilistic input or no probabilistic measure so impossible to get multi-threshold metric

The warning should only show when a multi-threshold measure is requested.

Research direction

Start from MultiLabelPairwiseMeasures and reproduce the warning when no multi-threshold metric is requested. Trace where the warning is emitted, then verify that it appears only when a multi-threshold measure is requested; the payload does not name a file or test to run.
