Describe the solution you'd like
generate_spatial_bounding_box transform is great to find bounding box for organs. However for tumors there would be multiple tumors.
util should return bounding box for each tumor
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have to:
- run connected components on tumor label.
- make a look for each component
- call the function to get bounding box with function filtering on that component
