Description
Currently it is easy to click on "Delete" instead of "Edit", after which the rule disappears immediately. More sophisticated users will realize they can revert via the version history, but most will be left without recourse.
Solution options brainstorm:
- Add confirmation modal
- Add "undo" link to the success notification that links to
http://localhost:8484/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Rules&action=edit&undoafter=1891&undo=1892 - ???

Research direction
Start by reproducing the accidental Delete action in the MediaWiki Rules interface and inspect the edit URL given in the issue, including its undo parameters. Compare the confirmation-modal and success-notification undo options; the work is done when an accidental deletion has a clear way to confirm or recover.
