Issue

Hello Joeren,
since September 30, 2024 the Geoportail France service is no longer accessible. Indeed the URL redirection service from the old server to the new one stopped on this date. As a result, the maps configured to display layers=GeoportailFrance.orthos are empty.
Yesterday, our site manager updated the extension:Maps to 1.20.0 but that does not solve the problem.
It seems to me that leaflet-providers.js needs to be updated. See the Geoservice Actualités site https://geoservices.ign.fr/actualites/2024-09-redirectiongpf.
And https://geoservices.ign.fr/bascule-vers-la-geoplateforme

See the first Geoportail Test map on my user page on Wikimanche https://www.wikimanche.fr/Utilisateur:Momo50/Extension_Maps

Cordialement

Research direction

Start with leaflet-providers.js and review the Geoportail France migration details in the linked Geoservices IGN pages. Reproduce the first Geoportail test map from the Wikimanche page, then verify that layers=GeoportailFrance.orthos no longer renders empty after the provider configuration is updated.
