Since 177 we can use the Core Doctrine entities, including Lang
We don't have helpers for this feature yet, but it would be nice to add a tuto or FAQ regarding this to show a workaround based on what was done in https://github.com/PrestaShop/example-modules/tree/master/demodoctrine
