Description

Although this is not directly required, it would be nice to cover in the devdocs the usage of known technologies for increased performance.

I'm thinking about:

  • nginx as a replacement for apache
  • php-fpm as a replacement of apache mod-php
  • redis to store session data
  • reverse proxy usage (varnish)
  • mysql cluser

EDITED:

  • Amazon Cloud Front for images storing

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing the devdocs structure and existing deployment or performance guidance, then determine where coverage for nginx, PHP-FPM, Redis, reverse proxies, MySQL clustering, and CloudFront belongs. Done means the agreed performance topics are documented with a clear scope and consistent guidance.
