Description
问题：
- 在全屏播放时，左侧上下滑动，无法调整亮度
- 通过系统方式调整亮度后，返回APP后亮度会重置为原来的亮度
功能建议：
- 首页与详情页添加番剧缩略图
- 添加画中画模式
- 添加AirPlay或者DLNA投屏模式
- 如果可以的话，增加离线缓存功能（高铁飞机上不影响追番）
