Import module failed in clean session

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

Hello,

In a clean powershell session I got a error while importing the module.
Might be something with the load context, but not sure.
Would be great i someone could look at it.
