Research direction

Start by reviewing how Win32-OpenSSH exposes command-line tools and compare the requested ssh-copy-id behavior with the Unix utility. No files or tests are named, so locate the relevant command entry points and existing Windows key-copy workflows first. Done means a documented, tested Windows equivalent is available.
