SSH connection hangs on Windows client after "debug2: shell request accepted on channel 0"

Steps to reproduce

I am experiencing an issue when trying to connect from a Windows machine to a Linux machine using OpenSSH. The connection hangs after the "debug2: shell request accepted on channel 0" message.

Trying to use another windows machine to ssh to log in to the linux machine can succeed, only this one fails

Steps:

1. execute command 'ssh -vvv myLinuxUsername@myLinuxServer' on powershell window
2. input myLinuxUsername's password

Expected behavior

the SSH connection should be established successfully, and I should get a remote shell on the Linux machine.

Actual behavior

The SSH connection hangs after the "debug2: shell request accepted on channel 0" message.
