Description

For some reason I am not able to disable the profile loading when trying to do WinSCP session into ssh server.
I was looking at the ForceCommand pwsh.exe -NoProfile and Subsession in sshd_config, to no avail.

What is the correct way to disable profile loading when connecting to the SSH server?

Research direction

Begin with the reported WinSCP-to-SSH connection and compare the attempted ForceCommand pwsh.exe -NoProfile and Subsession settings in sshd_config. Done means determining and documenting the configuration that disables PowerShell profile loading for this connection.
