Description
As even Windows 7 has msix support, I think we should bundle binaries utilizing msix. Doing this will also allow us to deploy to the MS Store. A few other things will be needed for Store deployment but the msix packaging format would be a major unblocker.
This would also remove the need to include as a built-in feature on Windows 10, which never gets updated to the latest version without upgrading to the next release. This project should go completely independent of the OS.
Also setting up Azure Pipelines for CI/CD would help tremendously as well.
