Description

Provide some documentation on recommended installation. Should this be installed through Windows' 'Manage Optional Features" as described in a blog post https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/powershell/2017/12/15/using-the-openssh-beta-in-windows-10-fall-creators-update-and-windows-server-1709/

or should we manually install through the github download link.

My concern is updates to the application may not be automatically provided, if downloading through the optional feature method.

Research direction

Start by comparing the Windows Optional Features installation described in the linked Microsoft blog with the GitHub download path mentioned in the issue. Document the recommended method and explain how updates are provided for each option; the work is done when a Windows user can choose an installation path with clear update expectations.
