Description

PSReadLine 2.0.0
macOS High Sierra 10.13.4
PowerShell v6.1.0-preview.2
VS Code 1.24.0
PowerShell extension: 1.7.0-insiders-557

Enter-PSSession prompts twice for a password without giving chance to enter anything, and then fails due to lack of password.

If you ctrl+v+enter quick enough, it does authenticate, but then remote debugging fails.

This should be easy to recreate, but let me know if you'd like logs.

Research direction

Start by reproducing Enter-PSSession with the listed PSReadLine, macOS, PowerShell, VS Code, and PowerShell extension versions. Verify that password entry works normally and that remote debugging succeeds afterward; no source file or test is named in the issue.
