Description
Prerequisites
- I have written a descriptive issue title.
- I have searched all issues to ensure it has not already been requested.
Summary
Module metadata looks like certain shape of hashtable, can we have dedicated completion for its fields/keys?
Should also cover special psd1 file such as PSScriptAnalyzerSettings.psd1.
Proposed Design

Research direction
The issue names no implementation files or tests. Start by tracing the repository’s existing completion and IntelliSense entry points and how .psd1 files are identified; clarify the metadata and PSScriptAnalyzerSettings fields that should be suggested. Done means dedicated completion behavior is defined for both module metadata and the named settings file.
