PowerShell-LTS package for Ubuntu in PMC doesn't have PowerShell 7.6 available

Steps to reproduce

Installation via PMC is the preferred methodology for installing PowerShell 7 on Ubuntu (Reference) - there are packages maintained in PMC for PowerShell and PowerShell-LTS for both Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04.

In these package lists, only PowerShell lists 7.6:

PowerShell-LTS does not list 7.6:

The screenshots above are for Ubuntu 24.04, but also apply to 22.04.

Expected behavior

PowerShell 7.6 is available through the PowerShell-LTS package.

Actual behavior

Attempting to install the PowerShell-LTS package will only install 7.4 at the latest.
