Description

Summary of the new feature / enhancement

Please, provide a winget ID that follows the LTS release chain, for those who wish to only run LTS versions of PowerShell.

Suggestion for such a winget ID would be "Microsoft.PowerShell.LTS". Which follows the same pattern used for Preview versions.

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing winget definition for the Preview release and compare how it follows the release chain; done means an LTS-specific ID is available and installs the intended PowerShell LTS versions.
